The prices for the Beyond The Chair Conference 2026 edition are as follows:
HOTEL + CLASSES
Option #1: One-time payment of $1,099
Option #2: Weekly Payment $46x24 weeks
Option #3: Weekly Payment $92x12 Weeks
CLASSES ONLY
Option #1: One-time payment of $799
Option #2: Weekly Payment $34x24 weeks

The conference will be held in Las Vegas, NV.
The closest airport is LAS - Harry Reid International Airport.
The 2026 Edition includes Hotel in one of the payment options, so, you don't need to worry about hotel.
But, if you're not in the HOTEL Payment Plan, you can book a hotel in the Vegas Stripe.
If you choose the HOTEL + CLASSES PLAN, it includes 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, and the Sunday Gala Night Dinner.
If your plan is CLASSES ONLY, meals are available upon request for an additional fee.
All workshops and speakers will be announced by April 1, 2026. Registrants will be able to choose their sessions via the online portal in May 2026.
We understand cash flow is very important so we make it easy to attend with our payment plans. You can choose to pay in full or pay in weekly installments. Your card is charged the day you register, then every 7 days until it's paid in full.
At checkout, you will see the option to add a spouse or companion for the Sunday Night Gala, or email to us info@ashtae.com
There are no refunds on registration fees paid. All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to info@ashtae.com. You will receive confirmation within 2 business days.
Admission may be transferred to a different name one-time before May 1, 2026.
