Here are a few answers to our most common questions
The Early-Bird pricing for the Beyond Conference is $399. You can save $50 each by registering with a friend. Early-Bird Registration for two is $599 until November 30, 2019.
The conference will be held in Greensboro, NC - home of the Ashtae World Headquarters. Centrally located to southern and northern states on the east coast as well as western states and european countries.
The closest airport is GSO - Peidmont Triad International Airport located in Greensboro. Other options are RDU - Raleigh-Durham (50-60 mins) or CLT - Charlotte Douglas Airport (80-90 mins).
We recommend booking hotel near Four Seasons Mall or Downtown Greensboro for easy access to the conference location and dining options.
Lunch Sunday and Monday is included with all registrations.
All workshops and speakers will be announced by December 15, 2019. Registrants will be able to choose their sessions via the online portal after registering.
We understand cash flow is very important so we make it easy to attend with our payment plans. You can choose to pay in full or pay in weekly installments. Your card is charged the day you register, then every 7 days until it's paid in full.
At checkout, you will see the option to add a spouse or companion for the Sunday Night Gala.
There are no refunds on registration fees paid. All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to beyond@ashtae.com. You will receive confirmation within 2 business days.
Admission may be transferred to a different name one-time before May 1, 2020.
